Over Bayram on monday september 21st outside Yapi Kredi in Taksim, I tried to withdraw money from the left side ATM of the outside 3.
My Card was stuck in the ATM. I returned after Bayram to retrieve my card, and was told by bank staff, that they had problems with the ATMs over Bayram. Can you please contact the Taksim bank and tell me what the problem was with the ATM, and why my card was taken? I noticed other people having problems with the same ATMs. I would like to know the ATMs are safe to use again.
